Memorial Plaque Phrases

tile biscuits and chocolate

Giuseppe Di Fiore

If you hurry, forget this recipe! I discovered that cooking in a water bath is one of the most boring things that may exist.
begin pulling out pots and bowls of various sizes to find the right joint and, finally, also added to the calculation of the exact water level. How do I feel "science"! The perfect balance of pot - bowl - water - I melt the white chocolate stove, with coffee and coffee liqueur.
After 10 minutes, waiting for something to happen, I'm already drunk, because it does not seem to want to know the chocolate to melt, while the coffee liqueur has already permeated the entire kitchen. I thank my Friend who is pushing me to alcoholism, as is already the second challenge that I launched with some hard liquor (see "cracks the custard")!
Loose all that, I remove from the heat and as balanced on stilts trying to beat vigorously with a whisk, and add the softened butter, egg yolks and icing sugar ... have we forgotten that the bowl is still soaking in the pot to water bath?! But who is the author? I'd like to chat and with every bit of the bowl seems to whip wanted to leave on his own!
Well, somehow I can and let the cream cool before adding the whipped cream.
starting to show the basis for my tile "soak" the ladyfingers (about ten) in coffee syrup, milk and powdered sugar and put them in a row. Then I spread the cream over the chocolate. Nothing could be more wrong: the cream melts and spreads, but spreads throughout the dish. A tip: let it cool so as to combine the cream before the cream, because I know that this was my mistake.
I do not give the same! I keep up to three layers of sponge and I put everything in the fridge, hoping the situation improves. Before serving, garnish top of a crumbling biscuit, chocolate shavings and white ribbons of whipped cream.
Certainly it is not firm and compact as it should but ... yum yum ... Very good!
