Browsing among the stalls of fragrant colorful flower market in Amsterdam I found a tin pot containing the seeds to grow lavender once I returned home ... .. the charm of this Provencal plant, its aroma and its wonderful color they pushed me to do some research on this versatile and ever more amazing plant that accompanies every moment of Provencal life: the essence is used to scent the bath water and towels, to taste the honey sandwiches as fresh eau de toilette. And so among the other research I stumbled on the blog site Chiara Bellasio , fond of cooking, and photographer who has spent a lot of recipes for muffins, including one in particular: lavender and chocolate muffins, which I refer to the recipe.
could not believe my eyes, to make these cakes, you must first prepare the syrup with lavender! So I used the first American / American Friend of my very good for me to prepare MUFFIN ....
