Budget, UDC, "we rely on only the facts and with file formal notice"

A dossier about 50 pages, with notice to comply, was deposited in the day today to prove, if proof were needed, that the UDC is acting with the facts and not words.

The councilors Antonio Sabato, Mino Frasca, Maurizio Bitonti and Adriano De Muci have appointed a prominent lawyer is responsible for putting the focus on the alleged irregularities that would accompany the final administrative action period.

"We are facing a clear violation of the laws on public administration and our decision to entrust a lawyer stems from the desire to protect the Assizes City of realistic and possible unpleasant implications for who should take responsibility for certain acts present to vote on the agenda that has accompanied the convening of the Council on 31 October. Firstly, it should be noted the failure to meet deadlines in relation to the day that the directors should have to also choose between a correct evaluation of the documentation and serene. This was supposed to be available twenty days before the date fixed for the Council and should have been provided, pursuant to art. 227, Teuliè, the opinion of the auditors. Given that this opinion is filed on Oct. 25, is the blatant non-compliance. That alone would be itself sufficient to jeopardize the validity of the summons dell'Assise with the addition of any shared responsibility for approving the directors take on balance sheet debt stemming from financial years other than 2009, as well as a recognition of balances, as found by the auditors, would have no certainty about the revenue.

With the formal presentation we have asked the competent bodies, the withdrawal of 3 and 6 on the agenda, but we also want to ask a few questions to the council majority, which these days are coming assurances of ample opportunities to vote out the points relating to debts budget. They would like to know if you have wondered why only verbal assurances have been and never with documents. It is hardly necessary to point out that each adviser would have a personal responsibility in case of detection of anomalies by the Prosecutor of the Court of Auditors which, in one way or another, will be sent our dossier.

At this point we invite the directors to want to carefully consider its position, taking into account that we have relied on documents written by a good professional and a series of words that leave make any difference. "

The councilors UDC: Antonio Sabato, Mino Frasca, Maurizio Bitonti and Adriano De Muci
